Having a bit of an issue. . . every time I try to launch mobile im, the phone shuts off and turns itself back on. . . What is the cause of this and how do I fix it?
You can try deleting the mobile IM and then re-installing it (with a phone reboot in between) since it sounds like the app has become or is corrupted.

My LG Cosmos is shutting itself off now too. I purchased a new battery for it, but it still turns itself off in the middle of the night most nights? What is up with this? I have alarms set that don't go off because the phone is OFF ! Totally upsetting, especially when it is my alarm clock system. Hummm... Help, Please?
