Have you tried transferring them via Bluetooth?

I guess you must be talking about a very large number of pictures.  If it's not too many, I am figuring you could MMS each one over to your email.  There is a file-size limit on MMS, but, usually, the phone automatically compresses each picture to comply with that limit.
