Every once in a while when my phone is shut the light turns on automatically, and when I open it up it shows the arrows and phone like it would if I was getting a message or a call, except I'm not. I just factory reset my phone so hopefully this doesn't happen any more but could someone tell me what causes this?
I know it's important to understand the performance of your device 92filmgeek! It's difficult to determine why your phone would light up while closed. You could be receiving a message or alert. I would first recommend power cycling and removing the battery. A hard reset would be the final step after all others were exhausted. Please let us know if you're still having difficulties after the reset.
