MMS doesn't download from particular sender.

I am unable to download an MMS message on my Intensity II. When I attempt to, the progress bar stays at 0 for a few seconds, then I get a "Message size exceeds max limit" error. The problem is that the photo is only 30 KB and my Phone has over 98 MB of available space. I can receive photo messages from other numbers, so I am not sure why this one in particular refuses to download. Any and all help would be appreciated.MM

Thanks so much for reaching out to us regarding this messaging issue. I'm sure you are anxious to see what was included in the message. Question, did you try to ask the sender to see it again?
What happens if you power off/on and try to view the message again?


The maximum file size for picture/video messages varies from device to device. Basic Devices (1X capable) can send/receive a maximum file size of 350 KB so there must be something with the message that just is not compatible.
