I have a LG Cosmos 2 which I recently put a 32mg memory card in. I have a program / app for my phone that I transferred from my computer to the memory card in the phone. However, instructions say to finish the installation I need to actually run the program from the phone, but I can not find it when I access the memory card. All I can see are the standard folders - My Pictures, My Ringtones, My Music, My Sounds, My Contacts. From my computer it allowed me to add a new folder - - but I can't see it on the phone. What do I do?
Maybe it's not compatible with your phone or needs to be stored in the phone's internal storage rather than on the SD card? Or maybe the file folder isn't named in a way that's recognized by the phone?
