Are the "minutes used" strictly outgoing originated or do they include incoming calls?
On cell phones, "minutes" used apply to incoming and outgoing calls - if the phone is using the cellular network, minutes are used.
Some companies (Nextel?) used to have incoming minutes free or something, but I don't think that applies any longer.
Dear ODave,
Good morning. Ensuring you understand how you are billed for minute allowance is extremely important. It will be my pleasure to clear any confusion. Minute usage depends on your current calling plan. What calling plan are you currently on? On our Nationwide plans, when using your phone during peak hours to make or receive phone calls will take from your monthly minute allowance.
The peak hours are 6:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through friday. When you use your phone during off peak hours, which are your night and weekend minutes, it will not take from your minute allowance. Off peak hours are Monday through Friday 9:01pm to 5:59am and Saturday through Sunday 12:00 am to 11:59pm. Should you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. Have a great day!
Thank You,
