My sister and I exchanged text messages at 7 p.m. Around 8 p.m., my husband sent a multimedia message to someone else. My phone and my sister's phone also received the message (picture was blank). Does anyone understand how this could happen? My sister's number is not even in my husband's contacts. Both are basic phones without internet access. My husband and my phone are on same family plan. Is he somehow receiving a log of my text messages? Verizon support did not have any answers.
Hello vjackson0404,
MMS is a great way to communicate, especially while on the go. We want to make sure that the delivery of the mms is sent to the correct destination. Let's take a look together and get this resolved. May I ask what model phone does you and your husband have? Was the mms sent by your husband a part of a group message? If so then this would explain how you and your sister receive the message. Also, what was the blank picture should have been? As you share the details then we can get this resolved for you.
Thank you...
