My Samsung Intensity phone doesn't ring at all; no phone calls, no call sounds but in the sounds and settings I have everything on. Help please!

Let's restore your device! Try adjusting the call sound settings to "ring only" by following here http://bit.ly/SPZuNJ . If the setting is already set to ring only try changing to another setting and back to ring only. After adjusting please remove your battery and test upon powering up.
