My phone sounds are gone. Help

My Samsung Intensity phone doesn't ring at all; no phone calls, no call sounds but in the sounds and settings I have everything on. Help please!

Hi bhappy41b,

Let's restore your device!  Try adjusting the call sound settings to "ring only" by following here http://bit.ly/SPZuNJ .  If the setting is already set to ring only try changing to another setting and back to ring only.  After adjusting please remove your battery and test upon powering up.  If everything is set accordingly and you are unsuccessful please back up and complete a factory reset here http://bit.ly/QRiRJU .  Please let me know if you need any additional assistance.  Thank you!
