Every time someone calls me, if I don't pick up, the call gets sent to a different phone on the same account. If I call my voicemail from my phone, i just end up calling the other phone. This only started happening after I damaged my original phone and got it replaced with an identical phone. My voicemail worked perfectly fine before that. Anyone have any clue what to do?

It sounds like you have call forwarding setup on your phone.
I don't remember the short code to turn it off.
