Non-stop vibration

I have a Samsung gusto flip phone all of  sudden it starts vibrating non-stop even when I turn the phone off when I take the battery out it stops but if I hook a charger to it without the battery in it still vibrates how can I get it to stop vibrating????

That did not work.  Is it the battery or my phone

We would need to troubleshot the device it's self. Is the device completely up to date? Is there any physical or liquid damage? GenevieveB_VZW
