On the Revere 3, is there any way to set it so that when you answer the phone, it immediately goes to speaker phone?

I just upgraded my elder parents phone to a Revere 3. On his old Revere, when he opened the phoen and answered the call, it would default to speaker phone. He wants this new phone to do the same thing but I cannot find out anywhere that this is a function on the Revere 3. Does anyone know it the Revere 3 can do this?

I don't have an LG Revere 3, so these are going to be basic instructions and things you can try. Open the Dialer Screen and there should be an options button, but it won't say options; mine is 3 dots stacked in the right corner. From there it opens up 3 choices and I pick settings then call. The option to answer in speakerphone might be located there for you.
