So me and the wife decided to go back to basic phones (No data Plans) right now our phones are showing as data plan phones. My question is once we activate the regular phones will I be able to see options to change my plan down to the 45 dollar a month plan for each phone..??

That all depends on when and how you purchased the smartphones.  Or is this a prepaid account?  More details about your current plan, and phones, and when purchased will be needed to advise you correctly.
