Receiving incomplete texts from my daughter who has a different carrier. She said no one else complains of that. What do I need to do?

She said her phone just did an update and I need to get mine looked at. I'm 67 and have the basic Samsung Convoy. Can anyone help?

look like she is sending you long message tell her to send you msg not more than 100 character it might be fix that

Collen, we don't want you to have issues receiving text from your daughter. Let's figure this out. When did you begin to notice the messages were incomplete? How many characters is she attempting to send in one message? The standard amount is 100 to 160 characters.
