Many Many Month ago a game was down loaded to one of our Basic phones. We have tried unsuccessfully to have Verizon stop the charges. Month after Month they keep billing us. UGH. Any suggestions.

Can you change this yourself by accessing your account in My Verizon? If not, I would go to a corporate store and tell them you're not leaving until the subscription is stopped. Corporate stores have kiosks where you can check your account features before you leave.
