Retrieving ringtones

I need to know if it is possible to retrieve ringtones I purchased. They are in a different phone than what I am using now and the phone that the ringtones are in is no longer in service.

Ringtones are purchased for a specific device - and normally are not transferrable to another device.  If the phpne is a replacement (insurance, warranty) then Verizon will credit you the fee when you re-purchase.  If they are for a completely new phone (upgrade, purchased) then you need to repurchase them for the new device.

An alternative I've found is phonezoo - free, simple, and effective.
