Ring thru to voice mail

I have an old phone, a Motorola Adventure V750 and yesterday my phone stopping ringing when I'm called and whenever the voice mail is left I get the one ring for a voice mail.  What has changed on the network?  I'm in Yuma, AZ and my wife's phone a Motorola MOTO™ W755 is doing the same thing.

My goodness, we want you to have working service at all times! Let's get this resolved! Are you in a Verizon Wireless coverage area http://bit.ly/ymXLCI ? If so, dial *228 choose option 2 to update your roaming on the network. Hope this helps!
