I just bought some ringtones. I received a message saying one couldn't be down loaded but then I got another messages on the others. However they didn't load to my phone. Now what do I do.  Thanks

Help has arrived! Did you purchase the ringtones online or over the phone? Do you know by any chance if you have any data blocks or restrictions set which may cause this error message to appear?

When was the last time you were able to purchase and download a ringtone successfully on your phone?
