Rotate pictures

Does anyone know how to keep a picture "rotated" in one position.  I have some pictures that I use to set an "I.D." when someone calls but I cannot get it to rotate to a certain position.  I can rotate it but it does not stay that way. Please advise and thanks.

You didn't say what phone you have, so I can't give specific directions.  Is there an option to "Save" once you have rotated the image?  Perhaps send it to your email as a text message, rotate it using image editing software, then send it back?

LindaJean,

Have you been able to determine how to get  your pictures to stay rotated with the suggestions from SuzyQ?
If not, please let us know what device you have in order for us to give more specific instructions. We look forward to hearing from you.
