Hi, I have had the samsung Brightside reject for over a year now and I would say without a doubt, it is the most glitchiest phone I have ever seen. Its like samsung got halfway through programming it and designing the user interface and got tired, so they stopped and released it. It's ugly, it's hard to use, after one week of using it, it changed everything from the color to the way my messages are displayed without me adjusting a single setting. I've read reviews and I have heard nothing but terrible things. Most people experience the same problems too so it's not just a user problem, but internal. I'm fed up with having to deal with it and I'm sure so is everyone else. they should come up with some type of solution for us because they phone we're paying for is BEEP.
