we have the same problem with the video not able go full screen. if anyone knows how change this please help us. thanks.

Shardy, thanks for sharing your concern with your device. Is this issue with all videos that you watch, both ones that you've recorded and that people have sent to you? Are you watching the video in landscape mode?

i dont know if it is in landscape mode. how do you check or change that?
I'm sorry I wasn't able to find an option to change to landscape mode on your handset shardy. Where are these videos sourced from? You may be experiencing limitations from the device itself based on where the videos were taken. Restrictions such as file size and resolution may have an effect. It is also possible that all videos will not display in full screen. Have you tried taking a video with the phone itself or from another basic phone? What happens when you view it?
