We all know there is a known issue with the alarm on this phone not working. Verizon has been very helpful in trying to get this resolved. So I was surprised when I contacted Samsung and the support team there said they were unaware of any complaints about this issue. See below chat record.

I too contacted Samsung (via chat) for the same problem. After beating around the bush for a while, they finally told me that they would not be providing firmware updates because the phone is a "Feature Phone." Maybe they should call it a "Featureless Phone" or "Broken-feature Phone."
