***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Samsung Intensity locked me out, won't let me receive phone calls, and put me in roaming mode.

I have a Samsung Intensity which is locked - I did not set the code.  I am not able to receive calls. When I shut off the phone and turned it back on, it says to press send to activate the phone.  It is also in roaming mode.  What do I do?
