Not receiving a lot of my text messages. They come in as "untitled" and I cannot open them. I have an LG Extravert basic phone. This did not happen when I first got the phone, but has been happening for the last several weeks. Any advice?

I depend on my messaging most of the day so I know this must be frustrating. I want your messaging to work without any issues. To better assist with the best solution, we would just need to clarify how this is happening. Please describe if you are able to view the sender of the text and where exactly you see it as "untitled. Please also confirm if this happens with a person in particular or with every text you receive.
