***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Support Request - Missing Contacts

How do I elevate a Tech Support issue to discuss where my missing contacts went and how to recover them.  Backup Asst only transferred part of my address book, and irreplaceable phone numbers are missing.  They were there in January.  Previous device won't boot, can't transfer that way, Trash is empty.  Thank you.

Keeping saved contacts is an absolute must, JAMKOL75. We are on the scene and happy to help. When you say “elevate” a technical support issue, has this issue been addressed previously? When the previous device stopped booting up in January, was a backup able to be completed prior to this date? We are eager to hear back and further assist.
