We are upgrading from a Samsung Gusto to a Samsung Convoy. We completed the contacts back-up, but when we hit "Next" to transfer to the new device (Convoy) the website response was "We're sorry." We cannot activate the new phone until we are certain the contacts are transferred. There is no telephone number to call for support. Please help.

You have to use the backup assistance app from the old phone to load the contacts online. Then once it's says they are backed up just run it again on new phone to pull them down. No website needed at all. You can find bua in media center under browse and download
