***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Trying to talk to REAL person when contacting Verizon

I've been trying for the last hour to talk to a live person in order to get my 4 Digit security code so I can set up "My Verizon" account.  The one live person I did speak with referred me back to a number I had already tried and said I needed to press "0" when the recording came on.  I did that for all the good it did.  All I want to do is get the security code as everything I try concerning my wireless account requires that number!

One, are you the account owner???? 2nd, when you call (if they are open on a holiday weekend) just say agent after you call in
