Does anyone know how to unlock a Cosmos Touch if the PIN number is forgotten?

Unlock?  As in activate it? And are you talking about the security code (normally the last 4 of the phone number) or the account PIN (set up by the account owner)?  Can you give us more information about what you are trying to do and how the phone got "locked" in the first place?  We can be of more help if we know more about your situation....

Hello sas11,

Thanks for posting. If your device has been personalized with a lock code please follow these steps to unlock your device: Dial *228 from your device and press send. When prompted select option 1. This will reset your lock code to the last 4 digits of your 10 digit mobile number.

If your device is not personalized with a lock code please try the following lock codes to unlock:

  • Last four digits of your 10 digit mobile number.
  • 1234
  • 0000
  • 1111
  • 9999
