Uploading videos with LG Env2 USB

I know nobody really has an Env2 anymore, but I keep trying to upload videos to my Macbook from the phone using an SD card and USB cord and the videos upload, but with no sound. Considering most of them are from concerts, I'd definitely like to hear what's going on in them. If anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong or if there's even any way to fix it, I'd greatly appreciate it.
