VERIZON IS ABOUT TO STEAL MY REMAINING PREPAID BALANCE OF $20.97!!!

I'm using the Verizon Wireless pre-paid cellular service... my remaining airtime balance is $20.97.

Just now (today July 5, 2014 at 12:35pm EST) I had just received a Verizon notification that my

account balance expires today, and I will lose my remaining balance of $20.97!

WHY MUST VERIZON FUCKING DO THIS TO ME???  I contacted customer service via email

and explained this to them, and I warned that I will report this abuse and THEFT to my local

congressman and senators, any legal agency or authority who can handle this matter and

put a stop to this abusive stealing practice by VERIZON!!!

I PAID FOR MY AIR TIME, I SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO USE ALL OF IT EVEN IF I DO NOT

MAKE FREQUENT CALLS WITHIN THE MONTH NOR MUCH AT ALL!!!

I will also post this comment of my Facebook page and on Verizon's Facebook page

and on Twitter, so that everyone can see Verizon's true colors!

So what you are saying is you failed to read the terms, and are now mad because Verizon is holding up their end of the deal? The sense of Entitlement these days is absolutely insane....

You're so damn right, the sense of Entitlement THESE DAYS are Absolutely Insane, YOUNG MAN.

Thanks to a bunch of young spoiled snot-nosed brats running the company!

A "term of service" document is only as good as the toilet paper you wipe your ass with!

I am a Customer, I pay for a service, therefore I SET THE TERMS! NOT VERIZON!

I PAY TO USE THE PHONE AIRTIME WHEN I WANT, NOT WHEN VERIZON SAYS I "SHOULD"!

I PAY TO USE THE PHONE AIRTIME IN FULL, NOT HAVE VERIZON STEAL MY MONEY

AND REMAINING UN-USED AIRTIME!

A "TERM OF SERVICE" DOES NOT ENTITLE A COMPANY RUN BY BRATS TO STEAL

THE CUSTOMERS' MONEY AND UN-USED AIRTIME!!!

VERIZON DOES NOT GIVE A SHIT WHETHER YOU ADD $15, $25, $50, OR EVEN $100

TO YOUR ACCOUNT, VERIZON TELLS YOU TO ADD MONEY BY THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE

FOLLOWING MONTH-- YOU COULD STILL HAVE $100 IN YOUR ACCOUNT, IF YOU DON'T

ADD MONEY BY THAT EXPIRATION DATE, YOUR $100 BALANCE AND AIRTIME ARE GONE!

WHERE DOES THAT MONEY GO? VERIZON STOLE IT!

WOULD YOU PAY FOR A NEW 4-WHEEL-DRIVE SUV, ONLY TO HAVE THE VENDOR COME

BACK AND STEAL A TIRE FROM IT? YEAH, ONLY A SUCKER LIKE YOU WOULD!

BECAUSE ONLY YOU WOULD VERIZON TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

AS FOR "ENTITLEMENT", COME BACK AND SEE ME WHEN YOU HAVE OUT-AGED ME BY

30 YEARS, AND THEN YOU CAN PREACH TO ME ABOUT "ENTITLEMENT"!

Just so you know... All prepaid plans on all carriers around the world has the same terms. There is a time limit how long they hold your money to use.

If the minutes don't carry over and that doesn't work for you then go to trac phone where the prepaid minutes carry over month to month. You still have to add minutes every month but you don't loose the minutes from the month before. Sounds like you didn't do your home work on how the prepaid service you got works. If as you say you set the terms then gosh Verizon will let you keep what's left every month no problem, won't they so you should be in good shape now. Mary

They just took me for $73.90! They failed to send me a renewal reminder text 5 days prior to the account expiration date (as they have done for years) and then told me when I called customer service that Verizon is under no obligation to send any reminders!!  I will be boycotting ALL Verizon interests and will be encouraging my family and friends to do the same!!!

wow $73.90!!!  That's a lot of money for (removed)  to steal from a customer.  You should file a Small Claim against them in court.  Matter of FACT I'd like to see the TOTAL amount of money added up that (removed) stole from customers all these years, that would be grand larceny.

As for our first respondent in this thread aka younggrasshopper91, I'd like to see him criticize himself when (removed) steals his money as well, then he can come back here and preach about "entitlement". No need to respond to this comment, younggrasshopper, your soapbox time expired with your first remark.

After I started bombing (removed) Facebook page with this complaint a customer service rep FINALLY emailed me and explained to me how the monthly pre-paid airtime top-up works.  Mighty kind of her, but at this point she's too little too late because I'm about to switch to another service soon, and then I'll continue smackin (removed) around wherever I go so the general public can see how (removed) up (removed) really is.  (removed) is screwing their cellular phone customers... and to think that (removed) wants to take over the internet and put an end to Net Neutrality so that they can pull this same money-stealing crap on internet customers as well!

Might as well do it to ALL prepaid. There's only so long they keep a hold of your money. Wish you luck!

Well I paid $20 for 3 GB of Bridge Data, But only got 2 GB and got the run around. So I printed out all info as well as given my login info to a family attorney, looks like they are doing this to many people, He said there is clear evidence of criminal activity.
