When I try to access my Voicemail, I get an "invalid number" message. How do I fix this?

Samsung Gusto model.  Yes, voicemail access has worked fine for a year or so.  The failed access is recent.

on your gusto, Press "OK" to open the main menu -> go to "Messages", -> go to "settings"(it is the softkey on the bottom left) -> Go to voicemail -> and then voicemail number. change that number to *86
