Why are alert reminders not working on my LG Exalt 2?

Can't get Alert Reminders to work on LG Exalt 2. Is this a software issue? Never had this problem. Reminders don't work for missed texts, calls, voicemail, etc. no matter what setting.

Those reminders really do come in handy Burch1. Let's look deeper into this. When did this start? Has it worked in the past? If so, was there any recent changes such as software updates?

Fixed it. TXT Auto View must be turned off. Once that's done all works fine. Thanks for responding.
