Received this text from 600-070-000000 yes extra zeros "(From:Verizon) Your VZW account has (no a) problem, please enters (extra s) and check your information link http://verlzwlr.freeserver.me and confirm data. Jan 13, 8:18 am". Note broken English. Just thought you might want to be aware. Thank you.

What might happen if you opened the text?

Nothing to open to read it. However you don't want to reply to it.

Doing so would verify a working cell phone number. Many times a text will say reply "stop or S" to not receive these messages. However if you do you just verified your number. After its verified you may get hit with more and more text messages or spammer calls.

Always best to report it to verizon.
