just got a LG Cosmos 3 for my son and when he tries to text someone it gives him a message saying message not set. Went through the trouble shooting and we are still getting same message.

We definitely want your son to have this ability! Did you have any errors in his previous device? Does your son's line have any blocks, specifically texting blocks? Is he able to send a text to himself?
