Like a previous poster, I'm in Spain and the Verizon service I'm paying dearly for isn't working. My iphone won't call the US and when calls are made to my number from the US they go straight to voice mail. The "We're here to help!" page for the chat with customer service has been coming up all day as "Sorry! All agents are busy - try again later."
How can I reach Verizon by email? Why am I paying for this service that doesn't work?
