how do i unblock my number from appearing when people receive my phonecalls

Log in to your account, then go to I Want To...  Change Features.

Scroll down the feature list, near the bottom you will see:

                          Caller ID Block   

   Block your number from displaying to others when you call. Dial *82 + area code and phone number + SEND to display your number on a per-call basis.

You can add or remove it there.
