how many have had defective galaxy nexus phone ?

I have had 8 so far and all have random mic cut off problems,they said my only option is htc or razr, if I wanted that I would have got it in the first place,wont give me my 300 bucks back and said if i cancel my contract I would have to pay an early termination fee ,what an ass of a supervisor in customer (non) service,cant wait to leave verizon
