lg cosmos no sound

My phone rings normally and I can text fine but whenever someone calls I can't hear them.  When I call them back, I dont hear a ringer and when I text i dont hear sounds of the buttons. HELP!!

i had to get another phone sent to my address, and needed a phone so i could go to work out of town. my daughter had a phone and they put my number on her phone. xxx-xxx-xxxx was her number mine is xxx-xxx-xxxx. when someone calls me it still goes to xxx-xxx-xxxx. can you change it back. i just got my phone activated. thanks.
