how can I view message text ( the actual message that was sent) for all phones under my plan?

You'd have to look at the messages on the phones.  If you're the Account Owner and logged in as such, you can see the text logs for all phones on your account, but not the actual messages.

That's a great question! Have you heard of Verizon Messages? http://vz.to/1AlSaSo If the lines have either an Android or Apple smart phone on them you can use this service to view text messages via your computer.
