I am unable to send a pic message. The send bar will go about 1/3 of the way and then quits. I am able to send regular text messages. I have used the troubleshooting guide and completed all steps except the last one. I do not want to reboot my phone if I don't absolutely have to. Any advice is appreciated. I went to chat now page but it has been busy for some time.
Why not reboot your phone if that might solve the problem? My phone is the main house phone that I leave on 24/7 but I reboot it once a week. Mary

My apologies for the issues that may be at hand with your messaging platform. Having access to your messages at all times is extremely important. The next best step to completed in troubleshooting would be the completion of a reboot on your phone. Please keep us posted if issues is still persistent after completion, thanks!

Sprouts, you may not have to do a factory/hard reset. They're just referring to restarting your phone.
I've also read about problems like this being solved by updating your PRL. Dial *228, option 2. It's something you can do every couple months to optimize your cellular connection.
