"My Verizon" screen shrunk

when i hit "My verizon" in tools/settings it barely fills up the screen like it used to.  ( and it was small enough then).....

somehow it reduced in size. it was hard to read before now it's insanely small..this is where you find your balance, usage plan, make a payment ect. The customer srvc person i spoke to for 16 minutes  had zero idea how to get this back to normal.. and we went thru every menu/option..i have no idea why it reduced or how to fix it. Anytime I have gone to a local store the usually cannot help fix problems like this.the whole square with the options in it are way under 1" tall.....

lg cosmos vn 250     obviously an older phone but still....i shouldn't have to use a magnifying glass to read the screen. or should i?  THANKS!!!
