After playing mp3 files about 10 songs, it will give me a white frame message comes up with "unsupport mode". The music stop playing any song from song list or any song at all. I had to remove the battery to reboot the phone then I can play music again and for awhile about 10 more songs, it failed again.
Is there any software fix for this issue? I checked my phone and it's up to date software. I had 16 GB SD card with about 6.5 GB of mp3 files.
When this happens, do you have headphones plugged in ? The phone that preceded the Brightside called the Samsung Reality / the Samsung u370 has a bug that Samsung never fixed or publicly acknowledged. Many people including myself reported that when headphones are plugged in to the Reality/u370, eventually the phone either will freeze or will stop "seeing" the memory card. The only solution was to either stop using headphones, or try a different pair of headphones, or reboot the phone.
Is it ever the same song or songs that this happens with? It could be a corrupt file.
