We are certainly not happy to hear that this is going on. We know it is critical that you're able to conduct a conversation when you need to. We'd love to help you out with this. This won't be a mute feature, because that would have the opposite effect. You would be able to hear them, but they wouldn't hear you. Don't worry though. We'll get to the bottom of this. What make and model phone do you have? Do you have any case on it?
