unable to download from my jest phone to my computer?

I have tried to download my pictures from my jest phone to my computer no avail, any ideas?

If the computer has Bluetooth, you can connect the phone to the computer using a Bluetooth connection, and transfer the pictures that way.

If you have a micro-SD card in the phone, you can connect the phone to the computer in "mass storage" mode using the USB cable, and drag the picture files from the SD card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can remove the micro-SD card from the phone and put it the computer's SD card slot (if it has one) using an SD adapter card.

If you don't have a micro-SD card in the phone, you can install Pantech PC Suite on the computer (download the correct version from the Pantech web site) and connect via USB. You can then transfer the pictures from the phone using that software. Note: this will not work on a Windows 8 computer because Pantech has not updated PC Suite for Windows 8 yet.
