my new phone locked up, Convoy 4, demands a PIN unlock keycode, but online, all I get is a blank box, no info.

DStin, thank you for reaching out today. We want to make sure you can unlock your device. Can you please clarify what PIN you need? If you are talking about a PUK PIN/Code, basic devices should not have one. We are here if you need anything else.
