I'm in the West Loop.  No Data info since last night at 7pm.  Can't get through to Verizon to ask what's going on.

Same in Fort Wayne.  I have gotten no response from their support on twitter either.

Just got off phone with customer support. They have an outage in midwest. No eta on when it will be back up.  Call #611 for updates.

Mine isn't working either but it appears that the network is slowly coming back. I texted a friend who was having the same issue, and his is working now.
