My new iphone 4 blocks calls from my pharmacy. Why?

Before I activated the iphone I backed up my contacts with back up assistant, then after activating the iphone I downloaded my contacts to the iphone with back up assistant.  I do not have any numbers blocked on Verizon's web site.  Why is this number being blocked?
