Who I have the same questioned this topic

Screen won't wake with fingerprint or power button, but then will intermittently work normally.  Also, no vibration for the fingerprint unlock.  

I have confirmed all settings are good.  Tried factory reset, no new apps downloaded, and safe mode but the issue persists.  

When restarting/booting, takes 5-7 minutes to boot.

Anyone else having this issue?
