I chatted customer support because an upgrade link on our account page was broken. Started great, was upgrading 5 phones to iPhone12 minis. Last message from my rep was “That would be great! Let me first process the upgrade on your lines. “. That was followed by a text notification saying I owed $422 today with a new monthly bill of $605! That’s 3 times what it should be. That was 45 minutes ago. I sit here asking for some sign of life every 10 minutes or so... if I close the window, the chat record disappears, right?
