Who I have the same questioned this topic

Somehow I accidentally clicked a wrong setting and de-activated my phone earlier where messages and calls would no longer work.  I think I fixed it but I am confused by the cellular settings below.  Does it look "normal" to you?  No one else I have asked with iPhones has the "Turn On This Line " option.  I think that is what I accidentally clicked off earlier.

Does the below look correct as far as normal use should be?

It seems like these are settings that easily can be clicked accidentally.  Why would I ever turn the line off?  Or remove the cellular plan?
